Shanghai Pressing Steel Plate Processing Company was established in August of 2006, with investment of 120 million RMB by the state-owned, private, and other enterprises. The company is located at 716 Jinshao Road, inside Shanghai Baoshan Industrial Park, and covers an area of 30,000 square meters. The company is committed to become a steel processing center for new energy, home appliances, automotive, and motor core. The company currently has three steel slitting processing lines: one thick steel plate vertical slitting line, one thin steel plate vertical slitting line, and one ultra-thin steel plate vertical slitting line; with annual processing capacity of 300,000 ton. The company has four Japanese high speed automatic presses with annual motor core production capacity of 4 million sets. Whether it is the equipment capacity or processing technology, we are among those who lead the industry.

Safety
  • Committee on Manufacturing Safety

    Review annual objectives, targets, andmanagement plans on safety.

    Review and research on annual major safety projects and expenditures.

    Monitor the implementation of safety rectification projects.

    Supervise the investigation, analysis, and handling of major production accidents and accidents with casualties (if any).

    Review reports from the Safety Working Group as regular bases.

  • Safety Working Group

    Draft annual objectives, targets, and management plans on safety; review and revise safety guidelines and emergency response plans.

    Regularly conduct on-site safety inspections;organize the identification and evaluation of work place hazards; implement safety rectifications.

    Coordinate and communicate safety issues with responsible departments on a timely manner.

    Conduct monthly safety meetings; make reports to the Committee on Manufacturing Safety on the progress of projects on safety issues.

    Promote the work on occupational safety management system, prevent and reduce occupational hazards.

    Organize the investigation, analysis of work-related accidents; make recommendations on the process options.

    Prepare annual safety work reports.
